Complete Home Inspections
Our complete home inspection includes a total of 3 reports. We meticulously inspect the whole property from the foundation to the roof. This will include; Wind Mitigation, Four Point Inspection, Mold and Roof Inspection, all while using non-invasive technology like Thermal Imaging (IR) Inspection and Drone Flyover.
Wind Mitigation Inspection
A wind mitigation inspection is when a certified inspector checks your home's wind-resistant features. Though not required to get Florida homeowners insurance, it can result in substantial savings.
four-Point Inspection
A “Four-Point Inspection” focuses only on four main areas of interest in a home: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) Electrical wiring and panels. Plumbing connections and fixtures
Mold Inspection
A mold inspection consists of a visual inspection for mold growth, moisture mapping for hidden leaks, air sampling, surface sampling, and checking the air conditioning for mold
Roof Condition Inspections
